Darl has been a resident of Pullman since1966, became a real estate licensee
in 1971 and has been a full-time real estate practitioner in Pullman since
that time.
Darl holds the professional REALTOR designations, GRI, CRS and CRB. His
current expertise and focus are in commercial real estate sales and
residential and commercial real estate development.
Darl has assisted many national companies or their franchisees, including
Wal-Mart, Safeway, McDonald’s, Arby’s, Les Schwab, Burger King, ShopKo,
Schuck’s Automotive, Budweiser, Circle K, Mr. Steak, Quality Inn, Hallmark,
General Nutrition Center, Mailboxes, Etc., Fantastic Sam’s, Cellular-One,
Chevrolet-Oldsmobile, Ford-Mercury and Frito Lay.
In addition he has helped accommodate the real estate occupancy needs of
many regional and local businesses and professional clientele. Darl has done
his own residential and commercial development, having to date, completed
six residential and three commercial subdivisions in Pullman.
